Linkera is operated by Celix Technologies LLC. By accessing or using Linkera ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Linkera is a content-creation workspace for LinkedIn. We provide AI-assisted post generation, scheduling tools, an inspiration library, and analytics features to help you create and manage LinkedIn content.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for business and professional use. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is hateful, harassing, defamatory, illegal, or that violates LinkedIn's terms of service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to help generate content. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for other users, and is not guaranteed to be original or fit for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before publishing or relying on it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and the terms of any platform on which you publish it, including LinkedIn. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, originality, or non-infringement of AI-generated content.
Content you create using Linkera belongs to you. Linkera retains ownership of the Service, its branding, and underlying technology. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
Linkera integrates with third-party platforms, including LinkedIn. Linkera is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. Your use of LinkedIn through Linkera is subject to LinkedIn's own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. We are not responsible for any changes to, interruption of, or discontinuation of third-party platforms or their APIs, or for any action a third-party platform takes regarding your account, including suspension or restriction.
(a) Plans. Linkera is offered through the subscription plans described on our Pricing page. Features, usage limits, and pricing vary by plan. Plans are intended for business and professional use.
(b) Billing. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your plan, at signup and at each renewal, until you cancel.
(c) Auto-Renewal. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
(d) Refunds. All fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This expressly includes partial billing periods and unused time remaining on annual plans. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@linkera.ai within 30 days of the charge and we will review it.
(e) Price Changes. We may change our pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, any change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle, with at least 30 days' notice.
(f) Failed Payments. If a charge fails, we may retry collection and may suspend or limit access to your account until payment is resolved.
(g) Taxes. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.
(h) Payment Processing. We use third-party payment processors to handle billing. Your payment information is handled subject to those processors' terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkera shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. In no event shall Linkera's total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Celix Technologies LLC and Linkera from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, the content you create or publish using the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law or third-party rights.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in the Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation section. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or otherwise at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. The sections covering Intellectual Property, AI-Generated Content, disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination. After account closure, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
