We take your privacy seriously. Here's how we handle your data.
We collect information you provide when you create an account (name, email address) and content you generate using the Service (drafts, scheduled posts, preferences). We also collect basic usage data such as page views and feature usage to improve the product.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process your AI content-generation requests; manage your subscription and billing; and send you service-related communications. We do not sell your personal information.
When you use our AI features, your prompts and topic context are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) for processing. We do not use your content to train AI models. Generated content is stored in your account and is not shared with other users.
Linkera is designed to integrate with LinkedIn through LinkedIn's official API under their developer terms. When this integration is enabled and you grant explicit consent through LinkedIn's OAuth authorization flow, Linkera will: (a) verify your identity via your LinkedIn member ID and basic profile information; (b) publish posts you author or approve within Linkera to your personal LinkedIn profile and to LinkedIn Company Pages where you are a Super Admin or Content Admin; and (c) retrieve performance metrics (impressions, reactions, comments, clicks) for posts you have published through Linkera.
We store only the minimum data required to provide these features: your LinkedIn member ID, encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens, the identifiers and metadata of posts you have published through Linkera, and aggregated performance metrics on those posts.
We do not access your LinkedIn connections, messages, search activity, feed, or any data belonging to other LinkedIn members. We do not scrape LinkedIn. We do not resell, share, or transfer LinkedIn-sourced data to any third party. LinkedIn data is never used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
You may disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time from your Linkera settings. On disconnection, OAuth tokens are immediately revoked with LinkedIn and all LinkedIn-sourced data associated with your account is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate Linkera, including providers for:
Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver these functions, under applicable data processing agreements and in accordance with their privacy policies. We do not sell or transfer your personal information to third parties for their independent commercial use. A current list of our subprocessors is available on request at hello@linkera.ai.
We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@linkera.ai.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
